Looking for a Senior Search Marketing Manager!
Seeking an ambitious Senior Search Marketing Manager who can walk the Online Marketing talk, and lead an enthusiastic team to achieve results for the clients we serve.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Search Marketing Manager position should be able to provide strategic direction to the Online Marketing Team in order to execute tactics in a timely manner for multiple clients - with a keen emphasis on quality.

Critical to the Success of the Position:
1. Manager Search Marketing Team
2. Serve as an SEM subject matter expert internally and for client
3. Partner with Account Manager to manage and deliver world class search marketing services.

Essential Functions:
Key responsibilities of this key player will include:

• Managing a skilled Search Marketing team
• Motivating others in the development, direction and execution of Search Marketing tactics
• Continually growing search marketing knowledge, and sharing new approaches with internal and client teams
• Instructing & working with team members to successfully deploy tactics including
  • Search Engine Optimization initiatives such as
    • Keyword research
    • Code level SEO audits
    • Content optimization audits
    • Linking building & Content promotion
    • Search Analytic
  • Social Media Optimization
    • Developing Social Networks and relationships
    • Keyword optimization of social media content
    • Create and promote linkable content on social channels
    • Expertise with social media monitoring and publishing tools
  • Blog Marketing
    • Manage and market client blogs
    • Blog SEO and link building
    • Blogger relations
  • Paid Search Programs
    • Keyword research
    • Setup and manage PPC accounts with Google Adwords
      (Expertise with Yahoo Search and Bing helpful)
    • Landing page development and optimization
    • Paid search analytics and conversion tracking
  • Other Online Marketing tactics that support successful SEO programs
• Preparing materials to present recommendations, status and activity to the Account Team
• Overseeing development of program strategies and analysis for clients
• Occasionally traveling to client sites and industry conference locations

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will at minimum have:

• 5 years of Web based Marketing experience
• Superior people management skills
• Highly Proficient with:
  • Developing and Managing Online Marketing Programs for multiple clients
  • Search Engine Optimization & SEO Skills
  • Web Analytics such as Google Analytics, Omniture & ClickTracks
  • Pay Per Click
    
• Proficient with:
  • Problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to:
    • Assess situations
    • Evaluate options
    • Make decisions
    • Draw conclusions
    • Exercise judgment
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Written and oral communication abilities

TopRank Online Marketing is looking for a go getter who has a natural ability to successfully implement Online Marketing for clients while providing clear guidance to team players. To be successful in this position the ideal candidate must be able to communicate recommendations to Account Management concisely, and solve problems proactively with a focus on time management, meeting client expectations and delivering quality results.

An understanding and/or knowledge of Online Marketing best practices and working within a collaborative agency environment will prove to be beneficial in the Senior Search Marketing Manager role.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Mass Communication or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft® Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working with designers, copy writers and technical staff to develop or maintain websites
