Over the past 10 years, Lee has worked with clients such as ADP, McKesson, HP and BT Syntegra. Lee is an industry respected expert source and is often cited on the topics of online public relations, search engine optimization and social media marketing. He contributes articles to the Business Journal, WebProNews, DM News and has been quoted in U.S. News and World Report, The Economist and the Star Tribune.  He is editor of the Online Marketing Blog and is often cited by search marketing industry publications including: Search Engine Land, Search Engine Journal Search Engine Watch and Search Engine Guide. He is a frequent speaker at DMA, Bulldog Reporter, Search Engine Strategies and Pubcon conferences and is a past board member for the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association. Prior to founding TopRank, he served as Vice President, Development and Online Marketing for a Minneapolis based agency for 4 years. He earned his bachelor's degree from St. Could State University with an interdepartmental major in Sociology, Business and Industrial Psychology.

Prior to founding Misukanis & Odden, Susan was the VP of Marketing at Innuity. There she led integrated sales and marketing programs that resulted in Web-infrastructure agreements with companies like IBM, CHASE, micronPC and HostPro. Prior to that she was VP of Marketing at ITRadar. She helped to launch the company and was responsible for implementing programs designed to sign-on qualified IT prospects within a condensed timeframe. Susan’s experience has led her to develop the Marketing for Results™ process, which drives technology companies to invest only the dollars that are necessary to quantifiably increase leads and sales.

Susan is a results-driven marketing and public relations executive experienced in successfully concepting and implementing integrated marketing programs that support business strategy and deliver return-on-investment.
