Tradeshows and other industry events provide an excellent opportunity for clients to meet with the media and generate public awareness for their company, product or service. Misukanis & Odden provides event support in the following ways:
Prior to the event, we will:
- Gain event’s attending media list.
- Research locally based journalists.
- Approach attending journalists and locally based media with an invitation to meet with the client.
- Organize media meetings.
- Compile detailed information packs on each publication and journalist prior to the meeting.
- Conduct interview preparation with the client.
During the event, we will:
- Confirm media meetings, locations and times.
- Facilitate conference calls.
After the event, we will:
- Follow up with journalists.
- Arrange post-event and follow-up interviews.
- Provide journalists with photographs, executive biographies and other support materials.
