Tradeshows and other industry events provide an excellent opportunity for clients to meet with the media and generate public awareness for their company, product or service.  Misukanis & Odden provides event support in the following ways:

Prior to the event, we will:

• Gain event’s attending media list.
• Research locally based journalists.
• Approach attending journalists and locally based media with an invitation to meet with the client.
• Organize media meetings.
• Compile detailed information packs on each publication and journalist prior to the meeting.
• Conduct interview preparation with the client.

During the event, we will:

• Confirm media meetings, locations and times.
• Facilitate conference calls.

After the event, we will:

• Follow up with journalists.
• Arrange post-event and follow-up interviews.
• Provide journalists with photographs, executive biographies and other support materials.
