OneVoice Communications provides cost effective, high availability, fast response wireless communications to businesses, schools and consumers in Jamaica.

OneVoice is leveraging ARCOS (Americas Region Caribbean Ring System), a broadband fiber optic cable that is being laid by a submarine circling the Caribbean.  The ARCOS ring is intended to interconnect the Americas and the Caribbean, East to West from Puerto Rico to Belize and North to South, from Florida to Venezuela.

 

Objective

Create widespread awareness in Jamaica of OneVoice Communications as the leading wireless Internet provider in terms of cost, availability and convenience.

Strategy
Position OneVoice Communications as an entrepreneur and innovator bringing a cheaper (by more than half), high availability, wireless alternative to Jamaicans.

Tactics
